Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bgd7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at bgd7.io. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the bgd7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Access to and use of bgd7 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

bgd7 is committed to preventing underage gambling. Age verification checks are conducted at the point of registration and may be repeated prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Players who are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age will have their accounts suspended until verification is completed. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (less any amounts already wagered), and any bonus funds or winnings derived from those funds will be forfeited.

Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any third party who gained access through your negligence — is your sole responsibility. bgd7 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

bgd7 reserves the right to require identity verification ("KYC") at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and may include proof of address and proof of payment method.

bgd7 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though bgd7 reserves the right to impose account-level limits where responsible gaming considerations apply.

All deposits are credited to your bgd7 account balance in the currency in which the platform operates. Deposits are processed in real time for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within standard card-processing times for Visa and Mastercard transactions. bgd7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• bgd7 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit transaction before crediting or allowing withdrawal of those funds.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a game balance. Contact support immediately if you believe an erroneous deposit has occurred.
• bgd7 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to fraudulent payment methods. Any account found to be using fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment instruments will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that have been verified in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bgd7 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours, subject to payment provider processing times.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be approved:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC documentation approved).
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully met.
• No active fraud investigation or account review is pending on your account.

bgd7 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether verification was previously completed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure. Withdrawal requests that fail AML checks will be suspended pending further investigation and may, in serious cases, be referred to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.

bgd7 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to tournaments such as BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement on bgd7 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.

• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in each promotion's terms. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Real-money funds in your account are used before bonus funds when placing wagers.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) compared to slots (typically 100%). Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• bgd7 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where the promotion is no longer commercially viable.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting for bonus harvesting, or placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent account suspension.

All casino games available on the bgd7 platform — including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, and crash games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming. Each game provider's own game rules apply in conjunction with these Terms.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or by live dealer procedures in live casino environments. bgd7 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes in any way. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, bgd7's system will record the state of the game at the point of interruption. Where a game round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the outcome will be determined automatically by the game engine upon reconnection, in accordance with the rules of the relevant game. bgd7 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

Bets are accepted on events listed in the bgd7 sportsbook at the time of placement. bgd7 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

• Bet settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). bgd7 is not responsible for errors in publicly reported results prior to official confirmation.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment the bet is confirmed by the system. Delay in bet confirmation due to connectivity issues may result in your bet being accepted at updated odds.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined within the timeframe specified in the individual sport rules. Stakes on void bets are returned in full.
• Obvious errors: In the event that a price or bet option is offered in error (e.g., a line published at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error), bgd7 reserves the right to void bets placed at that erroneous price and return stakes to player accounts.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed on relevant markets. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout will be capped at the stated limit.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgd7 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to make deposits.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated betting bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer game formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the bgd7 platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bgd7 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, while knowingly circumventing geographic access controls.
• Exploiting system errors, display errors, or software bugs to generate undeserved credits or winnings. Any winnings derived from a known system error must be reported immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

bgd7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bgd7 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive behaviour.
• The account is involved in a money-laundering investigation.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the bgd7 platform or other players.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any held withdrawals released. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, bgd7 reserves the right to withhold funds proportionate to the breach.

Players may voluntarily close their bgd7 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

bgd7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bgd7 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bgd7 content without express written permission. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any bgd7 software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgd7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the bgd7 platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond bgd7's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Actions taken by bgd7 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the legality or availability of bgd7 services in your jurisdiction.

bgd7's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By agreeing to these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the bgd7 Privacy Policy. The version of the Terms displayed on this page at any given time is the version currently in force. Your continued use of the bgd7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the bgd7 platform and may request voluntary account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in the English language. English is the official language of these Terms and the bgd7 platform. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute between an English version of these Terms and any translated or alternative-language rendering, the English version shall take precedence and be treated as the authoritative text.
